In 2013, this company started its activity in the field of casting all kinds of steel and cast iron parts by obtaining an operating license from the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, and by using modern molding and laboratory facilities and experienced technical staff, it is a reliable guarantee for high quality. It has produced casting parts. The daily production capacity of this company is 5 tons of steel and 10 tons of cast iron parts.
This company uses a high-tonnage induction furnace as well as continuous control of melting analysis and metallographic structure and semi-automatic CO2 molding system of parts (1 to 40 kg) and manual CO2 molding (40 to 850 kg) and hot box pressing system. And Coldbox is able to produce the following set of parts:
- Casting all kinds of carbon and alloy steel parts from 100 grams to 650 kg
- Casting all kinds of ductile cast iron parts from 100 grams to 850 kg
- Casting all kinds of alloy gray cast iron parts from 100 grams to 850 kg
